Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse the shop, add your chosen items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through a secure checkout system.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Because personalised products are made to order, timing is crucial. Changes or cancellations can usually only be made within a short window, typically one hour after placing your order. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate changes.
Q: Where do you ship to?
All the products on Whaley Sweet GIfts ship worldwide.
Q: How long will my order take to be prepared?
All of the personalised items on Whaley Sweet Gifts are created with care, especially for you. To ensure that your order is prepared perfectly, please allow a few days of processing time. We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days from the date of your purchase.
If you ordered a personalised item, please check your email in the following days after placing your order – previews are sent for customers to approve before printing, especially on complex designs like teacher gifts with several children’s names.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. If you choose Standard Delivery, your order will be sent by RM48 (for orders placed in the UK), and Royal Mail Standard Post (for international orders). If you choose Express delivery at checkout, your order will be send by courier (DPD or DHL).
Whilst I do my best to meet these estimated times, kindly note that unexpected delays in the post may occur, especially during peak seasons, which could impact delivery times. However, I remain dedicated to ensuring your special gifts arrive as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I send an item directly to someone else’s address?
Absolutely! You’re free to send gifts to any address you choose. And because we know how important surprises are, we never include invoices in the package – so your gift arrives just as thoughtfully and delightfully as you planned!
Q: Do you offer personalised or custom-made items?
Yes, most of the products on Whaley Sweet Gifts can be customised. Check the product description for custom options or contact us if you have a special request and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Q: I saw something on your Etsy shop that I can’t find here. Can I still order it?
Yes, absolutely! We’re in the process of migrating all our Etsy listings to this website. If you see an item on Etsy but not here yet, you can place your order on Etsy.
Q: What is your return policy?
Please note that personalised items are made exclusively for you and are therefore non-returnable. However, if your order was received damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement asap (see next question below). Each piece is carefully crafted with your unique details, making it a truly special and one-of-a-kind creation. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the item and packaging as received, and we will send you a replacement asap.
Q: Do you still sell on Etsy?
